Freshworks Ticketing Site for LDTI Team (University of Virginia EHD)
Our team didn't have a ticketing system, so we were handling tickets via email. As the only team member with an IT background, I took on this project. Freshworks didn't allow for much flexibility, so I focused on creating a clean and user-friendly interface within those constraints
I pulled a lot of contents from Canvas using RSS and stylized them.
I added various professional development opportunities using catalog functions, so users can register for their classes.
Dog Training Booking Site Project (Freelance)
My client wanted to rebuild his business website that he created 10 years ago. He wanted to make it simple yet easy to access for his customers. I rebuilt the website and added a new booking platform with payment functionality.
